Thank you for purchasing one of our products! We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that your order will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days of your order being placed. No orders will be shipped over weekends and during UK bank holidays.
We will notify you via email, once your order has been shipped.
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail track and sign. Due to Covid 19, there have been delays with our shipment provider. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, unfortunately this is out of our control and we hope that your order will be with you soon. Our products are shipped from the United Kingdom to all countries that are part of the European Union as well as Norway and the UK.
We are working to be able to ship EDDA worldwide soon. We will keep you updated!
After your purchase has been shipped out, our shipment provider aims to deliver your parcel within the following amount of working days:
Europe : 3-5 working days
Worldwide : 5-7 working days
Please note that Royal Mail has been experiencing some delays with their deliveries due to covid 19. We are very sorry if this happens with your order. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions you may have regarding your shipment.
All shipment costs will be added to your order at the checkout. The shipment costs will vary depending on the shipment destination and the package weight and dimensions.
The exact shipment cost will be displayed at the checkout.
Our VAT number is currently not displayed on our website as well as on our invoices. This is due to our VAT registration still pending. A replacement invoice can be issued once our VAT number is received. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like for us to reissue your invoice showing our VAT number.
The 20% VAT will be added to your order at the checkout for all orders placed for the UK and all countries that are part of the European Union.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail track and sign services.
You can check the status of your order using the Royal Mail tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email you will receive.
We accept payments from the following providers:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES
The customer is responsible to cover any taxes and duties that may apply.
As we are shipping from the UK please note that duties and taxes may apply to orders going through the EU customs as of January 1st, 2021, even if the order has been placed prior to that date, due to Brexit.
