What countries does EDDA currently ship to?
Due to changes in relationships between countries and regions, we are currently only shipping within UK and to Norway.
We are working on expanding our shipping regions and our aim is to ship worldwide soon.
What location will my purchase be shipped from?
All e-commerce products are being shipped from London, United Kingdom.
Is EDDA VOEC registered for Norway?
Yes, we are VOEC registered! You do not need to worry about extra taxes and duties at the border when ordering to Norway.
Will I need to pay extra taxes and duties when receiving my purchase?
When ordering to the UK you will not have to pay any extra taxes and duties other the UK VAT and shipment fees which will be applied at check-out.
As we are VOEC registered, for shipment to Norway, no taxes and duties will be applied at the border. VAT and shipment cost will be applied at check-out.
Is VAT included in the prices?
VAT will be calculated and added at check-out depending on the destination.
UK: 20% VAT
Norway: 25% VAT
Where is my order?
To track your order in the UK, please go to the Royal Mail website and use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
To track your order in Norway, please go to the Posten Norge website and use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that your order will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days of your order being placed. No orders will be shipped over weekends and during UK bank holidays.
We will notify you via email, once your order has been shipped.
After your purchase has been shipped out, our shipment provider aims to deliver your parcel within the following amount of working days:
UK: 2-3 working days
Norway: 5-10 working days

How does the shipping work when ordering to the UK?
We are using Royal Mail for all our shipments. Once your order is being shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. Please use this tracking number on the Royal Mail website or app to locate your parcel:

How does the shipping work when ordering to Norway?
We use Royal Mail as our shipment provider for all orders. Once your parcel cross the Norwegian border Posten Norge will take over the delivery. The same tracking number can be used on both Royal Mail and Posten Norge websites.
Small items will be delivered straight to your post-box, but bigger purchases will automatically be dropped at your nearest collection point. You will need to keep an eye on your shipment using the tracking number received in your shipment confirmation email. We recommend using the Posten Norge app, but you can also track your shipment via the Posten Norge website.
If you register on the Posten Norge app, you can select a fixed delivery place where packages that are too large for the mailbox will be delivered. You can also register to receive notification on your package via e-mail and SMS.

My order hasn’t arrived yet what should I do?
Our shipment providers have been experiencing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if no updates are visible on the tracking app for over one week. We will do our best to help you with your order.
What should I do if I received the wrong item or it’s damaged?
We are very sorry if you have received an item that isn’t in a perfect condition. We quality check all products before shipping them out, and we do our utmost to make sure our high-quality standards are met.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- The product name/code (this can be found on your receipt)
- At least one clear image of the fault
- A short description of the issue
- An email address where we can reach you
